No Returns & Exchange Policy

At Debrand Stores, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring that every order is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, quality assurance, and inventory management reasons, all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once an order has been delivered.

Please ensure you carefully review your order, including product descriptions, sizes, colors, and quantities, before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during delivery,

  • Defective upon arrival, or

  • Different from the item you ordered,

please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item received

  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement item (subject to availability),

  • Offer store credit, or

  • Provide another appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

  • Items that have been delivered as ordered

Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable law or where Debrand Stores determines that an error occurred on our part.
